Refund Policy.
1. General PolicyAll competition entries purchased on the EliteDraw platform are considered final once payment has been successfully processed.Due to the nature of digital competition entries, refunds are generally not provided.
2. Exceptional CircumstancesRefunds may be considered in the following situations:• Duplicate payments• Technical errors during purchase• Payment processed but entry not recordedRequests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
3. Competition CancellationIf a competition is cancelled by EliteDraw, all participants will receive a full refund for their entries.
4. Processing RefundsApproved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase.Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
5. Fraud PreventionEliteDraw reserves the right to refuse refund requests if fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform is suspected.
